Conceptual Design and Master Planning for a Sustainable Development in Costa Rica
Sustainable design, natural materials, preservation of the land and the existing flora and fauna, respect for the local vernacular architecture, saving and collecting water, and reducing waste in general are some of the most important principles we are following to develop this project. Silvia's work has been focused on defining the foundations of conceptual design for a Bio Resort including Spa, Wellness center and Yoga School; a traditional village for retail and residential use, and a beach bar, restaurant and event space.

Architectural and Permaculture Design for an Off-Grid Community in Italy
Our current new project is the development of a beautiful piece of land in Italy, 5 minutes walk from the sea, in the town of Otranto.
The client wants to create a showcase of what sustainable and off-grid living could be without giving up on comfort and beauty. The goal is to create a platform to promote natural and sustainable agriculture, permaculture, Yoga, Reiki and other spiritual and holistic activities.
Reducing waste, creating close cycles in the use of resources, honoring the local natural eco systems and nurturing the soil are a must.
